The fan belt and stand up comedian - 15 April 2013

Today on our way to Melaka the fan belt of the boys bus snapped. Whilst waiting for our coach captain (bus driver) to replace it, we were entertained by our very own stand up comedian, Robbie.  His biggest challenge was speaking Sepedi with a Scottish accent. All too soon the damage was repaired and we were on our way again. We then dropped off our luggage at the hotel, grabbed a quick lunch and was off to the Stadium Hoki at MBMB Bukit Serindit to play against SMK Durian Tunggal.
At first, the teams we were about to play, looked very young, but never judge a book by it's cover. Although both CHC teams won comfortably, playing your best hockey, when your opposition seems less expierenced, comes with its own sets of challenges. After a slow start we did get the games under control and manage to score anumber of goals.
Tonight we explored Melaka. This historical city is well worth the visit. We strolled down Jonker Street and felt as if were we walking back in time.
